How does the CW Common Service and Service of Word and Sacrament not both have all three parts? Under Divine Service, this info graphic only has “1” under CW.
On a separate issue, what is the last hymnal reviewed (red w/ plain, large, Latin cross)?

You are right. For some reason, I failed to count both in my list. I have corrected the document.
The fourth hymnal listed is The Lutheran Hymnal (1941). Most congregations had the red version, although some used a blue version.
